Yep!  There is a package you can download from Genie called
WWW???.ZIP  (?= latest version #)  I currently have WWW115.ZIP.
Haven't been able to use it without a local access #.

Having 4 meg and a hard drive is recommended, but it has been
successfully run on floppies without too many problems.  A high
speed modem is also a plus.  CAVEATS though.  Not especially easy to
set up, so if you have patience, you can muddle through it.
