     MSGED Support/Discussion/Solutions/etc
          MSGED_ECHO is for the support, discussion, queries and solutions to
          queries about the MSGED mail reader.
          The echo is international and anyone asking or answering questions
          about MSGED are welcome.
          The listed Moderator is the EchoList caretaker only. MSGED_ECHO is
          self-moderated by the participants.
