I used to use it.  Moved on to Opera which has a built-in newsgroup reader
which, despite its limitations, was "good enough".

My big Agent complaint (long since resolved) was handling multiple
newsgroups from multiple sources.  It required seting up one installation
for each newsgroup source.  The one thing I really liked was the flagging
of messages:  new, never read; new, read this 'pass', old, never read; old,
already read.

What were your configuration issues?
