For your reference I am quoting the charter for the AQUARIUM echo  from 
ELIST711 below.  After you review it I think you will agree that Rober Rice's 
posts are within the scope of this echo.  Might I suggest that if you feal so 
strongly about Mr. Rice stopping his posts you direct your comments to the 
echo moderator via netmail.
For what it is worth, I enjoy many of the NANFE posts.  Perhaps Mr. Rice can 
identify the post and NANFE in the subject line and that way you can easily 
skip them and not be "bothered".
