Hello All!

Well, the good news is that the February Echolist was created and hatched.

The bad news is that the Echolist Robot and the system took it upon
themselves to hide a large number of updates that where submitted in
February, 2012

So...the end result is:

The February, 2012 Echolist does NOT contain all the updates submitted;
The March, 2012 Echolist will contain both the mmissing February updates
and those made in March 2012

As of March 14, 2012 at 0745 AM EST, the database is current.
