These DC> judges are making new law without any democratic process; in fact, their decisions are DC> striking down laws enacted by majority vote." You don't find it alarming that judges are trying to legislate from the bench? Do the ends justify the means in your mind? What if the USSC decided that the First Amendment doesn't protect atheists? Would you be so glib about how the Judicial being a branch of government allows them to make law? Would you demand that they have no right to legislate form the bench? Or would you shrug your shoulders and accept it? I will act to destroy that government and bring it down, so it can be DC> replaced with a government that will respect and support marriage, and help me DC> raise my children in a society where they will expect to marry in their turn."[26] What would you say if your way of life, the very fabric of your beliefs was threatened by judicial fiat? Would you act to destroy a government that allowed appointed judges to make law? Or would you meekly accept that your voice doesn't matter -- that your vote and the vote of your elected representatives in government have no sway?
