It is still a turkey and open debate should be allowed on *ALL* bills.
There is no need for "hate crime" legislation as it is completely
subjective and is nothing more than making some thoughts illegal.

The restriction is on government (Congress specifically) and people of all
faiths and even those without faith can contribute.
