Actually thats not strictly true.  Unless you tend to think of seafood as
'not meat'.  LObsters and crabs are farmed and both eat each other with great
glee given a chance.  Catfish too although they tend to be scavangers of the
dead (any type, human as well as animal).  In fact, a large portion of the
seafood items we eat, are cannibals or fellow meat eaters.

Dogs also though we dont eat them in western society.  Generally we avoid
meat eating mammals as they 'taste bad' to us.  We also tend to avoid seafood
or carrion eating avians for the same reason but we are quite happy with bug
and insect eating chickens and prise them better if 'free range bug eaters'.
