 And I recall even those of us who have handled cow's milk (and other
cows milk based products just fine as kids can become less tolearatn
as we get older. Not to the lactoose as you say tho...

I am just a little bit. Milk gives me gas but cheese
dosen't. I like soy milk now. You get that estrogen like
benefit from the soy too.

 yes? Or is that now in error? Most kids today don't touch milk
 anymore. Mostly it's soda and sugry juices. So I can imagine the tolerance
problem.
