Has nothing to do with how often it is drunk though.  It just gets *noticed*
more if you drink alot.

You sem to still feel it's caused by not drinking enough milk to maintain
tolerance.  It doesnt work that way.

*sigh*.  You rarely drink milk if you cant tolerate it.  Its the other way
around from what you want to think.

You have mild intolerance hence can eat aged cheeses but have some problems
with fresher milk.  Thats very common.  It's because you are older, not
because you dont drink enough milk etc.
