Many people is happy about MBSE, it's a good BBS system too...

Else there is EleBBS or Mystic BBS.. But they are just stdio programs 
with no sysop control avaiblities.

I'm programming my own at the moment.

Well BBBS is loved by many too.. I've not been trying it since I'm not 
fond of proportitarian bbses.
