SUCCESS. The UTC date now rolls over at midnight UTC rather than at
the local time midnight.

A thank you to all who helped me along the way, particularly to the
Natural Philosopher for pointing the way to the code that needed
additions, and to Mr. Kettlewell for pointing the right way for a
successful source code download and the compiling hints.

There are still some changes to make the display exactly the way I want
so I might be back, but now I have at least a good foundation to build
on. Thanks again.
