    If you are fluent in EXCEL 5.0, set it up there. Will accomplish what you 
need and much more. I've put together many programs that include what you are 
asking for. These features included within the EXCEL 5.0 programs I've 
developed are sub-features of a completely thorough set that will run ALL 
aspects of any business. Big and small. Have a good one!
