        I dont have the C echo tagged right now I dont think.  guess I 
should.  I still dont know the difference between C and C++ :)

        For the program Im making now, I dont really need access to comports. 
 Im just trying to make a simple GUI Front-End to a command line program I 
have.  I know I could just make a batch file or something, but this sounds 
harder :)
