Incorrect except in the most narrow sense. The filters are easily modified
to allow changes to incorrectly filtered sites. Have you ever used one?

Just a little judgement is usually involved. I see no difference in this
and not allowing billboards depicting incest; if people don't like it they
just don't have to look, right? If someone (an adult) is researching incest
then they should be granted access. Should they then decide to get excited
about it and go home and abuse their kids, that's another story....
