I have thought that very thing often. He fits the classic profile to be
sure. One can imagine Otto's babysitting "skills"; park kids in
front of Nickelodeons all day, play video games with them, forget to feed
them, etc.

I'm sure you're correct, face it, the guy is too volatile to be left in
charge of children. Who would rescue them from one of his spit spewing
fits?
