Dr. altered my meds leaving me less than 90 minutes sleep a 24 hour day
Usually 15 minutes around 9 A.M. and an hour between waking from that and
getting another hour between then and noon.
Sound like fun?
I've been there 26 months now until May 26th.
A friend of mine formerly in the special forces with injuries similar to
mine only gets the same sleep to this date.

NO but they did leave the overhead lights on for 24/7 for most of my stay
and they did fourpoint me despite my compliance with all lawfull orders.
Also no showers for 34 of the 60 days and then taken to the showers in
handcuffs and leg shackles.
Speaking recently with my MD who goes to PCJ once a week said he believed
