It wasn't overtly seen in the Sheridan scene but was discussed. he
handed a protestor his PPG and asked the guy if he felt any safer,
then said to trust him and took his PPG back. They were talking about
disarming not station people but ships/traders. (I would guess that
ships coming and going had weapons aboard sometimes that were kept
locked up aboard and not taken off on B5, at least not legally. Sort
of similar to a "gun free zone.")
