Q: I want to order the last few volumes at the same time, in order to save 
on shipping. For example, I want to order volumes 12, 13 and 14 all at once, 
but the Proof of Purchase Form asks for the order numbers for volumes 1 
through 13. What do I do?

A: We require that you complete your Proof of Purchase Form before you order 
Volume 14. This is one of those scenarios where we realize that this could 
be a problem. So we do have a workaround. If you complete your Proof of 
Purchase Form within 20 minutes of placing an order that includes a copy of 
Volume 14, we will be able to match up your Volume 14 order and make sure 
that it includes J. Michael Straczynski's gift to you of a free Volume 15.

Specifically, what you need to do is place your order and then immediately 
go to http://www.Babylon5scripts.com/proof. In the comments area of the 
Proof of Purchase Form, please indicate to the Scripts Team that you have 
just placed your order moments before.

Because Volume 15 can only be shipped with Volume 14, if you neglect to 
complete your Proof of Purchase Form, you won't get the free Volume 15. We 
don't want that to happen. So, please, please, please, please, complete your 
Proof of Purchase Form immediately after you order Volume 14.

Please note that even though you're purchasing Volume 14 in this example, we're 
only asking for the order numbers for volumes 1 through 13.
