Heh.

Besides that, losing definition and mass is normal for the majority of
the boys on the road.

Being on a normal road schedule is difficult enough on them (finding
places to get the right food and time to tan and workout while dealing
with airport delays, traffic snarls, and other travel problems), but
lately, both brands have been doing a LOT of international tours.
Different food, long plane rides, customs problems, having to go out
on the town for Confidential fluff pieces - I'm surprised that the
boys (and girls) can stay in as good shape as they do, since they're
usually only home 2 or 3 days a week (the rest taken up with actyual
working and travel time to and from home).

Think of how ripped every person is when they debut or come back off
an injury or other layoff. That's because they can train and eat
right.

Confidential had a perfect example a few weeks ago... When Randy
Orton debuted on WWE TV, he was totally ripped and had an *8* pack of
abs. =8-o Now, he's "down" to a 6-pack and is noticibly bulkier,
because it's hard to stay lean on the road.

If WWE wants to cut down on injuries, make the talent seem less
overexposed and make the performers phycially look better, they should
make extended vacations manditory. Devise a schedule (with some
wiggle room for injuries) where all of the talent works 3 months, and
must then take a month off to rest, train and heal the nagging nicks
and bruises.

That's just IMO, but the Japanese feds featured much stiffer work for
years, but had many less injuries because the groups did tours,
effectively forcing workers to take time off to heal between tours.
