Would folks that you "contract with" rather than "employ" still be subject to
this stuff? Yeah, I know that there are a lot of situations where they're
starting to say that people oughta be responsible for taking taxes out of
what would otherwise be considered a contractual relationship, like that one
clinton nominee who got some negative publicity with regard to this stuff,
but really...!
