     yes of course I understand that the Israelies have recommended 
elder bark for colds, and yes I understand that it's not FDA approved and 
that you are only mentioning it in passing.  Seems with the 16 vitamins that 
I'm taking now, not much of anything could hold me back.  I'm doing very 
well, no cold or the flu, but do have a slight cough, and figure that it's 
the best I'm going to get on this round 
   The weather is wonderful right now and have gone for a few UV rays just to 
keep the winter weather at bay.....not bad since I made it through the whole 
winter without needing it like I did when I first moved back here.
