I don't understand your conclusions. We are all outraged when spying is
uncovered, but we'd be silly to believe either party or any person is
immune. The difference is what happens after the spy is uncovered.

The part I was concerned about is what Bubba handed over to the Chinese.
When that technology transfer was questioned, he simply reclassified it.
That's not a sex toy, it's a cigar after all. ;-)
