And what were the odds that just two days ago I decided to put my order 
numbers in a handy spreadsheet to make things easier when volume 14 was 
released? (Organized? Moi? Don't believe it.)

Mind you, the Proof of Purchase form refused to accept my (UK) phone number 
no matter what format I tried to give it in [1], so I had to fake it to look 
like a US one. I hope the staff look at the comments field *before* picking 
up the phone and that some hapless person in the States doesn't get hassled 
over this.

[1] UK numbers all start with 0. Adding the UK prefix, 44, didn't help 
either.
