It was simply a setup of history narrated by Steve Kroft standing in the city of birth of George Soros telling the viewer how it was George's father (a lawyer by trade) made a Nazi swear to (that George was to be his god-son and that George was to masquerade as a Christen and not as a Jew. Because his father was aware of how Jews were being treated. After this setup of historical events then Steve Kroft interviews George Soros about those times when he was a boy confiscating property from dead jews in the camps and providing it to the Nazis. Steve Kroft then asks if this was difficult, Steve Kroft in almost disbelief what appears to be a stance of disgust suggests that this sort of thing would send someone into the asylum with deep emotional issues and a  psychological disorders. I not only agree but also find this equally disturbing.
