Well I have tried once again to obtain an IP block.  According to Internic,
they will not assign anything less 32 Class C address block's.  There rules
state anything less then you should see your upline provider.
Apparently I do not have the magic touch, nor does my ISP.  Sprint refuse to
assign another class C to my ISP unless he is 70% capacity.  They will not
assign me a a class unless I get connected directly through them.  At least
this how the Southern Sprint people are, not sure about the rest of the
country.
