PH>> I'm about to soon loose my DST as we creep back into autumn here.
NB>> When does your time change...? Ours is now the second Sunday in
NB>> March going onto DST and the first Sunday in November coming off...
PH> It commences on the last Sunday in September, when 2.00am becomes
PH> 3.00am. It ends on the first Sunday in April, when 3.00am becomes
PH> 2.00am. So I'm not far from dropping out of daylight savings time now..
So you have just less than 6 months of DST, as compared to our almost 8
months worth...
NB> PH> Missing summer already...
NB>> One could have summer without DST, that's for sure.. ;) Here, we
NB>> have to wait for 10pm for it to get dark enough for the 4th of July
NB>> fireworks... without DST, it could start at 9pm... ;)
PH> I have the same issue where I live at Christmas time waiting until
PH> 10pm or later for it to be dark enough to take the kids out for a
PH> drive to look at the christmas lights on the houses.
Yup... Seems pretty silly doesn't it... :)
