 I definitely had regret over my vote in 2000 and 2004.  I've not regretted any of the other presidential candidates I've voted for.

 It's quite telling that you assumed it was the nycourts.gov website that had the issue, and not a formatting issue with the ancient technology we're communicating upon right now.

 I'm going to split the URL into two lines. I'm going to assume you're smart enough to re-assemble it.  The letters "nstru" were missing from the word "Instructions" from what you quoted.
