I don't think that I would.  As the dehumidifer extracts water from the air 
it probably extracts other yukies as well.
I would even bother with the anti-chlor.  Just fill your bucket or jug and 
let it sit out for a few days.  Then you can add the ph stuff as needed.  I 
always keep a few milk jugs of water hidden behind the aquarium to "age" 
them.
