     Moscow_Oklahoma. is posting notification in the echo that at this
     time. That there is a debate on updating or changing or revising
     of Fido_Net Policy 4.07.

        In this notification,  Let it be known that Moscow_Oklahoma echo
     Rules and Regulations message shall be updated upon the arrival of
     the new policy enforcement.   such update shall contain amendment
     showing the echo is in compliance with Fido-net policies!
