The Arabs have the oil.  The Jews have the banks.
We borrow money from the Jews, and buy oil from the Arabs.
See how that works?

And then, with the money received from oil sales, the Arabs buy
weapons from the USA.  And so do the Jews, who receive interest
from the money borrowed from their banks.

And then the Arabs and the Jews have a war.

And then the Arabs sell us more oil.  And the Jews lend us more money.
And the Arabs buy more weapons.  And the Jews buy more weapons.  And the
Arabs and the Jews have another war...

It's a conspiracy, I tell you.  A real conspiracy.  :)
