No problem! Just means you arent all that familiar with it because of that.
Japanese are less 'milk intolerant' than most asians (reason unknown, just
they way it turned out) so cheese is a part of the diet there, but a much
more minor one.
I pined for cheese for the 6.5 years in Asia. It was there, but not in much
variety. Blocks of it in town were seldom larger than 4oz. 2oz more common.
I never saw milk in anything larger than a litre and mostly by the pint. Soy
formula outnumbered the 'regular'.
