One of the articles I read said it's against Texas law to act to prevent a
quorum of the legislature, but that there no penalty for it.
Still, what's conspiracy to break an obscure local law got to do with the
federal government (besides the fact that W is the current governor's old
boss and is almost surely a supporter of the Texas GOPs proposed
gerrymandering)?
