Hi Jeannelou,

If you're doing something with sleeves, sew them in before you sew the
underarm seam; it will be easier.

Sometimes just a few stitches are all that's needed for sewing some
small things on. You can sew a stratight line down the middle of some
velcro pieces if needed.
JT> The wedding dress for Barbie, is coming well. I have hopes that

Are you getting pictures of it? It sounds pretty! Also, instead of
fraycheck, a narrow zigzag will keep the fraying down, especially if you
can turn the seam under. Fraycheck does wash off after a while; that's
why I suggested the other.
JT> I'm sorry Rachel had the accident, but glad she was unhurt. A

Hopefully things will go smoother the rest of the year. Did your friend
hurt her "working" arm? I know, either one is hard, but to have the one
you use incapacitated, is twice the bother it seems.
I'm going to get back to my sewing machine/serger tomorrow; I want to
get going on a quilt but promised myself to sew up other stuff first.
Catch you later,
Ruth
