The going concensus among milair monitors up here is that MOVER is
a KC-10 out of McGuire. However, I also show MOVER being used by
KC-130's out of PA ANG Harrisburg. I'm pretty sure, however, that
most MOVER activity you hear is probably from McGuire.

Some call signs are used by more than one squadron/group. Perfect
example is the JAWS call sign, which is used by both F-16s from
Burlington Vermont and C-130s out of Hurlburt and other fields in
Florida. The F-16s will usually be JAWS X or JAWS 9X, while the
C-130s I've heard using JAWS 5X.

Now if someone could tell me who/what's using BLUR? Reportedly
heard operating "above flight level 600"; above 60,000 feet.
