I don't want to be rude, but it seems that you don't give the international
customer the same service.
I ordered a pack of PB/XTRA last year, and I got one soon. (satisfied :)
But my credit card was charged twice about the PB/XTRA.
I e-mailed sales@powerbasic.com about this, sysop@powerbasic.com told
me that I ordered one via e-mail and another via fax.
OK! that's fine if I couldn't cancel one since it's my fault.
BUT I didn't recieve the second pack of PB/XTRA now.
I've e-mailed sysop@powerbasic.com twice after his reply.
No answer.
Can you help me with this?
