I THINK it was apparent after closing the note, and before it
was even sent. My notes were just being cut off at the 300 mark.
I know I wrote to Harvey, and think he said that he knew about
it but had no plans of fixing it. I'll have to see if I froze
either message.

I can't send mail to anyone with a "someplace.com" type address
thru MY point. Someone else recently said he could. The problem
may be related to the interface between PPoint and my BOSSs
software. She uses Searchlight and Valence as a mail door.
There are some compatibility problems there.
I can send netmail with little problem. I suspect there are a
lot of users who do not have access to Netmail tho. I used to
send Internet E-Mail through a gateway via netmail, but I don't
know where any gateways are now. The BBS/BlueWave method is
best, and I have JUNO.

I never bothered with scripts. The two BBSs I use seem to
change their opening screens too often. I don't mind letting
Telix dial busy numbers. It gives me a chance to pay my bills...

AR> Are you on the Point echo?

Yes, but I haven't read much past the subject headers in months.
Most of what they talk about doesn't interest me.
