    We ran the upgrade program for V.FC to V.34 for over a year, extending it
 several times beyond the announced cut off dates.  However, it officially
 ended on 11/30/95.  But, as we still get requests for it and do try to
 accomodate our customers whenever we can, customer service is continuing to
 do upgrades as long as we have the parts to do so.  The cost is $79 (+s&h)
 and can be arranged by contacting Hayes Customer Service at 770-441-1617.
