Torrie's tag team a hot, hot ticket

WWE diva happy after 2nd romp in Playboy

Getting naked didn't worry Torrie Wilson. At least not at first. She
often prances around wearing string bikinis and lingerie in front of
thousands of wrestling fans.

But as the airplane touched down in Los Angeles, she began to feel the
jitters.

What had she gotten herself into, agreeing to pose nude for Playboy
magazine? While the sexy WWE diva is comfortable with her body, this
photo shoot would leave nothing to the imagination. Nothing.

It wasn't like getting ready to rumble, trying to pin an opponent to
the mat for a three-count. This was all about getting naked, no holds
barred.

"I was so nervous," says 28-year-old Torrie, whose second appearance
in Playboy hit newsstands on Friday. "I said yes right away, but I
started getting scared as the plane landed.

"I hadn't really thought about being naked in a room with 10 people
staring at me. But I was fine once I realized that these people see
this all the time. It's not like everyone stares at you.

  
 

"I've always subscribed to the magazine. And I love the photographer,
Arny Freytag. I was flabbergasted that they wanted me back."

And get her back they did -- in a provocative manner. 

For this issue, Torrie posed alongside Sable (Rena Mero), another diva
who has also previously posed for Playboy. Talk about making an
impact: Torrie is licking Sable's face in the first photo of the
12-page spread.

Yes, it's hot, hot, hot. Steamy, in fact. You get the feeling that the
girls, well ... that they like each other.

Torrie told a Smackdown! audience on Thursday night: "I would like to
say I'm definitely attracted to men, but how could you not be
attracted to (Sable)? Just look at her."

The girl from Boise, Idaho is all woman now. She's come a long way
from a fitness model who was named 1998 Miss Galaxy.

"I used to be shy and would never confront anyone," Torrie told
Playboy. "Now I stand up for myself because I know I have the goods to
back it up."

She says some of the wrestlers have taken her Playboy notoriety well. 

"A few of them kid around. Some of them are almost like brothers to
me," says Wilson. "They say they can't look at it."

Her hubby, Billy Kidman, is also a wrestler. And he's okay with her
Playboy appearances.

"I was nervous about him, how he would react. But he's been great
about it. He's happy he gets a free pass to the Playboy mansion,"
jokes Torrie, who was also unsure how her family would react.

"My mother is very conservative. She hasn't seen it," says Wilson. "My
little brother was worried about his friends, but he pulled me aside
and said it was okay."

Her wrestling path was unintended. She joined WCW in 1999 and made her
WWE debut in 2001.

"To be honest, I never imagined I'd be doing this," she says. "I
tripped into it. But it's been a godsend. I can't believe how much
it's evolved for women. We're so much more involved. Women used to be
just eye candy, now they're a big part of the show. We beat the crap
out of each other. It's a very hard lifestyle and I'm not sure I could
do it without (Billy) by my side."

And as happy as she seems when she's appearing on Smackdown!, what you
see is what you get in real life, too.

"I tend to trust everybody," she says. "But I'd much rather be the way
I am, maybe a little naive, than be jaded by the world."

While she'd like to raise a family, she's not ready to hang up the
bikinis and wrestling tights yet.

"I can't wait to have children,"she says. "But I'm not ready to give
this up yet ... not as long as I'm having fun. I don't really have a
set plan ... life changes."

And that's just the way she likes it.
