Sorry, I don't think this will work.  Does it work with the NT TCP/IP stack?  
My connection will be through an ethernet card, not a modem.... and I've 
found a few that will do that, but they require packet drivers for the 
network card, which under NT, doesn't exist.  Thanks though!
