Are you the moderator? If so...I apologize and bow out. Not to discuss
the beliefs of the Christian faith I think a weird attitude...but if you
are the moderator, so be it. 
I believe you are a trifle self righteous, and wish only that your views be
expounded without inquiry or real discussion...


 It is a Christian-oriented forum where

Too bad. I was beginning to enjoy this...I have done graduate work in three
seminaries...(details if you doubt) and thought that someone who was REALLY
familiar with and studied the bible for two score years would jump at the
opportunity of being challenged. Whatever.


 If your primary goal is only to mock and malign our

Ah, you ARE the moderator.OK, That I didn't realize.
I don't believe I can accept those rules in toto - I wonder if
I should just cease or continue to intrude expecting the good possibility
of being banned. I do not pretend to know the truth, but I do suspect that
I have from time to time whiffed a bit of it and think it true that - to
the extent you know it the freer you are. I could not be constrained by
these rules anymore than you would feel in joining a group to discuss
religion in general but mentioning the bible was forbidden.As you may have
noticed I'm feel pretty free when it comes to the various forms of
Christian theology...
oh.
(I'll obey being banned  - I'm not one of THOSE.) :-)
