I've seen no top postings in this echo.  I save all messages that come
here, so maybe the best thing to do is ask you what your definition of top
posting is.  My personal opinion is that it doesn't make a difference as
long as the extra stuff is omitted.  In other words, the replies may be at
the top or at the bottom.  Most users of an echo that is popular are
following the threads anyway.  I do believe that the majority of users do
not like top posting.
