I agree that Admin policies have an impact ... but so do companies like
Enron, WorldCom, etc., whose actions caused a general lack of faith in the
markets and that had a good deal to do with it.

I'm no fan of Bush but if he's going to be excoriated then lets do it with
items for which he must bear responsibility.
