Most of you are probably aware of the abortion debate surrounding President
Obama's visit to the campus of the Roman Catholic university of Notre Dame.
As I point out in my series "Abortion: Slaughter Of The
Innocent", the Texas
woman who sought an abortion in the Roe v. Wade case -- but never actually
obtained the abortion -- Norma McCorvey, later became an anti-abortionist
herself.

I was just reading an article in the New York Times regarding Obama's visit
to Notre Dame University, called "At Notre Dame, Obama Calls for Civil Tone
in Abortion Debate"; and one paragraph notes that Norma McCorvey -- aka Jane
Doe in the Roe v. Wade case -- was arrested during the anti-abortion
protests at Notre Dame. As I've said before, this woman must have a lot of
weight on her shoulders, given that her case three decades ago opened the
way to nationwide legalized abortion. It is good to see her putting actions
to her words. As the Bible teaches us, faith without works is dead. Here is
a paragraph from the article in question:

While several hundred people attended an anti-abortion Mass, about 100
abortion opponents demonstrated against the president's visit at the edge of
campus, shouting back and forth with a smaller number of abortion rights
demonstrators. They yelled through megaphones, waved banners at motorists
and distributed leaflets to pedestrians. Nearly 40 protesters were arrested
trying to enter the campus, Sgt. Bill Redman of the St. Joseph County Police
Department said, including Norma McCorvey, the plaintiff in Roe v. Wade, who
has become a campaigner against abortion.
