Nope new building and contractor built.

That is brutal, we left Los Angeles it was 72F we landed back in Dawson
Creek 12 hours later it was -40F and the airline lost our winter wear.

We had -57C in 1995/1996 winter, I left Dawson Creek on a charter it was
-42C got to Fort Nelson it was -38C got up the next morning it was
-57C in Fort Nelson, Fort St.John and Dawson Creek.

When I went to high School we had a cold snap of about -65F or -53.9C for
10 days  then it warmed up to a balmy -40F/C

As of this summer it will be about 47 years in the north.

for the benefit of some south north is north of the 55 parallel, I have
been north of the 60 many times though.
