Aren't those log files in the node directories?  Were you able to look
there?

Made sure that there was an ele*n.log for each node, and amu looks for
ele1.log, ele2.log, ele3.log, etc.

After I set up the ele*n.logs, I logged in several times on each node, but
when amu ran at midnight, it showed no callers at all for the entire day.
