AFAIC they can do whatever they want on their own property.  But people have
the CHOICE to not work for them or not patronize their businesses.  And are able
to have the chips removed when employment ends and the business transactions end.

The only problem is that once/if it becomes a widespread practice, the government
will adopt it - there's nothing to stop the government from reading private
companies'
RFID chips.
