The information is displayed in this form:
Caller Number: 6042541903
Caller Name: James E Jay
Caller Number: Out of Area
Caller Name: Out of Area
Caller Number: Private
Caller Name: Private
To turn on CallerID issue the command
ATS40.2=1
To turn CallerID off issue the command
ATS40.2=0
The format also depends on your telco.
When I had callerid in Saskatchewan the Name and Number positions were 
reversed.
Some terminal software may be confused by callerID.
You must also have the modem answer on at least the second ring inorder for 
the callerID information to read.  This is because the callerid information 
is sent between rings.
