Yep...
You have to booger around with reconcile and get those all cleared again.
I was messing around with that problem a couple of days ago in new Q5WIN, and
used the Find/Replace function to insert a cleared status flag. Even then, it
finds EVERY uncleared transaction in the system and you have to select the
ones to clear. But that is easy if you scroll to a particular account and
then select the range. Depending on memory, the find cannot load all the
transactions. Fortunately for me, the CASH account was completely loaded for
me to change the flag.
It's something that is a work-around no matter how it's done, I suppose.
Seems like the Duits at Intuit would put that on the wish list, but I'll not
hold my breath.
