Huh? I CAN'T quote on-line! Whatever do you mean? No upgrades, altho I
WISH he would...I've still got a bad memory chip, and the dang thing
reboots at random. AND my tagline editor is down until I can fix a
corrupted file *caused* by that memory chip...
KJ>all you usually hear about is "keep the baby warm", not keep the
KJ>baby on ice...

I just hope it cools off before the NEXT clutch of babies arrives.
KJ> I DO have a dehumidifier; it's only 3 years old. It kicked out so

It did that when I first got it NEW! I just thought that was how they
worked, so I never returned it. I know that fridges and A/C units kick
out heat from the back, so I figured that the dehumidifier was supposed
to also! (I'd never used one before this one.)
KJ> Must be something to do with differences in the home constructions,
KJ> I'd guess. Our basement holds heat too well, it seems.

Hmmmm, not ours. It's COLD down there in winter. My electric bills are
awful, from running the electric oil-filled radiator to warm the bird
room. I think we need to move to a more well-built house. I'd like a
"Florida room" for the birds, something where they can get more sunlight
than they do in the basement. But I suppose that would also be hard to
keep cool in summer, and hard to heat in winter.
